Dark Technologies does not store, collect, or process any personal data. All purchases are handled via Omnicard – a cryptographic or bank wire payment system that leaves no trace on our servers. You are the sole owner of your hardware and the data it processes.
Assembly and firmware: Link devices ship as a self‑assembly kit (or pre‑assembled for domestic orders). You install the firmware yourself, ensuring no pre‑loaded accounts or telemetry exist. By assembling and installing, you accept full responsibility for the device's configuration and any legal compliance in your jurisdiction.
Repairs and stewardship: Repairs are carried out by independent local stewards. Dark Technologies provides global guidelines, but each steward sets their own warranty terms. We are not liable for any damage or data loss resulting from repairs, modifications, or misuse.
No hierarchy, no central authority: Dark Technologies is a decentralized network of contributors. Development is shared with Link DEVOID (developers void) owners who access Oroboro. The ecosystem has no employees or officers – you interact with a distributed collective. Any disputes must be resolved directly with the relevant steward or participant.
Limitation of liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dark Technologies (as an open collective) disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our hardware, software, or services. You use the Link ecosystem entirely at your own risk.
